Your mixed-quantity wholesale discounts

Eligible customers added to company accounts receive automatic quantity discounts. Mix different products in your cart to reach a tier; you do not need to order the full threshold of a single product. No discount code is needed.

Different yarns. One basket. A very enthusiastic purchasing department.
Discount thresholds by combined item quantity
Total items Wholesale discount
5+ 25% off
10+ 30% off
20+ 35% off
30+ 40% off
40+ 45% off
50+ 50% off

These are minimum quantity thresholds, not discounts to add together. The tier discounts do not combine with other discounts. Below 5 items, no mixed-quantity tier discount applies. Review the discount and final total shown at checkout.

Mix-and-match example: 6 items of one product plus 4 of another make 10 items in total, reaching the 30% tier for an eligible wholesale order.

Opening orders & reorders

Opening order minimum: €200. This applies to the combined order, not each individual product.

Reorders: no minimum order value. The previous rule requiring 60% of your opening order value no longer applies. Quantity discounts still depend on the number of items ordered.

If checkout prevents a reorder below €200, contact care@knitsilk.eu so our team can help arrange your reorder.

Planning more than 50 items? Add to Quote.

When your shopping list starts looking like a yarn shop inventory, let’s talk.

For orders above 50 items, recurring supply, or bulk customisation, use Add to Quote to discuss a tailored offer. This is our recommended large-order route, not a hard checkout quantity limit.

  1. Log in to your wholesale account and browse the products you need.
  2. Use Add to Quote to build your quote basket.
  3. Enter numerical quantities and include product or variant details, delivery country, company details, and any customisation or timing requirements.
  4. Submit your request. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days with a personalised offer.

Bulk customisation may be requested for any product, subject to availability and minimum quantity requirements. Requests can include colour or fibre blends, assortments, packaging, labelling, samples, or recurring supply.

Explore Add to Quote Discuss your requirements

Custom quotes are subject to availability and minimum quantity thresholds. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Knitsilk reserves the right to decline requests that fall below its cost floor.

Wholesale FAQs

Select a question to expand its answer. No untangling required.

Can I mix products to reach a discount tier?

Yes. The new ladder uses the combined item quantity across your wholesale cart, rather than a separate quantity break for each product. The thresholds are 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 items.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The tiers are automatic for eligible customers added to company accounts. Log in with your approved wholesale account and review the discount at checkout. These discounts do not combine with other discounts.

What are the opening-order and reorder minimums?

The opening-order minimum is €200 across the combined order. Reorders have no minimum order value. If a checkout restriction blocks a reorder below €200, email care@knitsilk.eu for help. The item thresholds still determine whether your reorder qualifies for a quantity discount.

Who can apply for wholesale?

Our programme welcomes yarn and craft retailers, textile distributors, fibre arts studios, resellers, spa and wellness brands, and independent makers and crafters across the EU, EEA, and UK. Contact care@knitsilk.eu to apply and register as a B2B customer. See eligibility requirements in the terms below.

What if I need more than 50 items or bulk customisation?

Use Add to Quote for a tailored discussion. Include numerical quantities, product and variant details, your destination, and any custom colour, blend, packaging, or timing requirements. Customisation is available for bulk quantities, subject to approval and minimum quantities. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Read the Add to Quote guide.

How do new-account order approvals work?

Your first three orders are subject to manual review. After three successful orders, the existing account terms provide for auto-order status. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

What payment and currency options are listed in the terms?

EU/EEA invoices are in EUR; GBP invoicing for UK buyers is available upon request. Contact care@knitsilk.eu to discuss your invoice or payment arrangements.

How long does dispatch take?

The existing processing estimate is 15–20 business days from payment confirmation. The listed carriers are DHL, FedEx, and India Post EMS. Sea freight is available on request for orders over 10 kg. Discuss shipment-specific timing with our team.

Email care@knitsilk.eu as quickly as possible if you selected the wrong quantity or colour. For damage or defects, the existing terms require notification within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs. See the returns and defects terms below.

Can I use product photos or sell on marketplaces?
