Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive(s) the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear written statement using our Contact Form with the subject line: "Right of Withdrawal – Order #[your order number]". Alternatively, you may write to us at:

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The date you placed the order
  • The date you received the goods
  • Your full name and address

We will acknowledge your withdrawal request by email and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods to our Luxembourg or India address (as instructed upon your return request) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Duties and taxes paid on import are non-refundable.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised orders (e.g. custom dye lots)
  • Goods that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition with tags and packaging
