Overview Welcome to Knitsilk! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Knitsilk. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We sell and ship worldwide, and we are committed to complying with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions we serve.
Your Statutory Rights Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Regardless of where you are located, your local mandatory consumer protection laws apply and take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.

Section 2 — Our Products Colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen. All descriptions are subject to change at any time. We sell luxury silk yarns and knitting supplies intended for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.
Section 3 — Orders Orders constitute offers to purchase. Knitsilk reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges, which may apply depending on your location. Prices are displayed in local currency based on daily exchange rates.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance delays.
- EU customers: Risk of loss remains with us until goods are delivered to you, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.
- USA customers: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the order is transferred to the carrier.
- All customers: A Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is available at checkout, where all duties and taxes are prepaid.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property All content and services are owned by Knitsilk, its affiliates, or licensors and are permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
Section 7 — Optional Tools Third-party tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our store.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify Shopify is not a party to transactions between you and Knitsilk.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California, USA), and other applicable regional privacy regulations.
Section 11 — US Customers — Additional Rights If you are a US resident, particularly in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. Section 13 — Feedback By submitting feedback, you grant Knitsilk a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose.
Section 14 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders where information is inaccurate, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Section 15 — Prohibited Uses You may only access our services for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include unauthorised access, posting prohibited content, and any activities that violate applicable laws.
Section 16 — Termination We may terminate access to our services at any time, subject to your statutory rights.
Section 17 — Disclaimer of Warranties To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided "as is" and "as available." This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Section 18 — Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Knitsilk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including EU consumer protection legislation and US state consumer protection statutes.
Section 19 — Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knitsilk and its affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.
Section 20 — Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Section 21 — Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable law. For EU and UK consumers, nothing in this clause affects the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For US consumers, applicable state consumer protection laws continue to apply.
Section 22 — Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
