All international orders containing back-ordered or pre-ordered items ship in one shipment as soon as the entire order is available. All orders ship from No. 71, Jumma Masjid Road, Ashira Avenue, Bangalore (560002), Karnataka, India.

International Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost by default and will vary depending on your country.

For EU customers: Import VAT applies to all orders. Customs duties apply on orders over €150. We offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option at checkout where all charges are prepaid.

For US customers: As of August 29, 2025, the United States no longer applies a duty-free threshold on imports. All orders shipped to the US are subject to import duties regardless of order value. Duty rates vary based on product type and country of origin. We recommend selecting our DDP option at checkout so that all duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid, with no surprise charges upon delivery.

For all other countries: Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. We cannot mark international shipments as "gifts."

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Option We also offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping option. When you select DDP at checkout, all import duties, taxes, and customs charges for your country are prepaid by us — meaning there are no surprise charges upon delivery. This option is available at checkout and is recommended for a hassle-free delivery experience, particularly for customers in the European Union.

EU Customers — Your Rights For customers in the European Union, we are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at enquiry@knitsilk.com and we will resolve the issue. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by any other provision of this policy.

USA Customers — Your Privacy Rights If you are a resident of California or another US state with applicable privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. To exercise your privacy rights, including the right to know, delete, or opt out, please contact us at enquiry@knitsilk.com with the subject line "US Privacy Request." We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Shipping Geographies We ship worldwide.

Logistics Partners "Shipments to the European Union are fulfilled via DHL. Aramex, DTDC. Orders to all other international destinations are fulfilled by Major Couriers or DHL, subject to destination and service level selected at checkout."

Deliveries Standard: 12–25 days from the time of order Expedited: 7 days from the time of order (at an additional charge)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance or other factors outside our control.

Exchange Rates Pricing is shown in local currency based on daily XE.com interbank rates.

Payment Methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Order Processing Ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Cut-off time is 3:00 PM IST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day. Processing time for in-stock merchandise is 1–2 business days. Custom dye lots require an additional 3–5 business days processing time.

Signature Confirmation Some orders may require a signature. Two delivery attempts are made (excluding weekends and holidays).

Lost or Damaged Items If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks (or 6 weeks for international orders), please contact us at enquiry@knitsilk.com so we can investigate and assist you.

Returned Mail If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Refused or Unclaimed Mail No refund will be issued unless the package is returned to Knitsilk. Refunds apply to the cost of items only.

Cancellation Policy Knitsilk reserves the right to cancel any order. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and issue a full refund within a reasonable time.
