Both benefits apply only at €99 or above. They are not included in this offer for orders below €99.

What is covered?

For qualifying Knitsilk shipments from India, we cover shipping and prepay import duties and taxes using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery. You do not need to pay those import duties and taxes again on delivery.

Which shipments qualify?

This offer applies to eligible Knitsilk products shipped from our India warehouse to destinations where we offer this service. It does not automatically apply to products shipped by dropshipping suppliers or other vendors.

If your basket includes products from different suppliers or shipping profiles, other shipping charges or import arrangements may apply to those shipments. Check the delivery options at checkout and contact us before ordering if you need confirmation.

Orders below €99

Orders below €99 do not qualify for this free-shipping and prepaid-import-charges offer. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not covered by this offer and may be payable separately to the carrier or customs, depending on the shipment.

What does DDP mean?

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid: import duties and taxes are prepaid by the sender for the qualifying shipment. With unpaid-duty delivery, often called DAP or DDU, the recipient may be asked to pay import charges before or at delivery.
